Please remember that any exterior modification to your home or landscaping requires approval from the Executive Board. Below, please find the Architectural Request Form that must be submitted for consideration that may returned to Paradigm Properties Group by email ([email protected]), fa (814-308-9601) or dropped off at 2029 Cato Avenue, State College PA.

The Executive Board and the future Architectural Review Committee do have 30 days' for review of your request. While many requests are completed sooner, please ensure that you allow ample time for consideration and submit a complete request with all information to avoid delays.
